Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of pubads.io. By applying for or using a publisher account, you agree to them. This is placeholder copy to be replaced with counsel-reviewed terms before public launch.

1. Eligibility

You must operate a legitimate traffic source and hold a valid Google monetization account. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to send invalid, incentivized, or artificially generated traffic. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

3. Revenue & payouts

Revenue is reported from Google and paid per the published payout policy. Earnings are recorded in an append-only ledger.

4. Termination

Accounts that threaten the network’s Google relationship or violate these terms may be suspended or closed.
