Terms of Service
Legal · Last updated Jul 1, 2026
These terms are a contract between you and PushRPM Global Pvt Ltd (“pubads”, “we”, “us”), registered office Delhi, India, and govern your use of pubads.io, the publisher dashboard, and both of our products — PubAds AdX (ads served by Google on your own approved site) and PubAds H5 (a hosted earnings page you send your audience to). By creating or using a publisher account, you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Payout Policy, which are part of this agreement.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to give us accurate registration and payout information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account; tell us straight away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per publisher unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. The service
PubAds AdX. You must own or fully control a legitimate website with genuine traffic, and you verify that control by adding the ads.txt line we give you. We submit approved sites to our Google Ad Manager network and Google serves the ads. We may approve or decline any site at our discretion, and approval of one site does not guarantee approval of another.
PubAds H5. We host the earnings page and everything on it; the page, its content, and its address remain ours. Your part is the audience you send to it — you must own or control the traffic sources you use (your social accounts, channels, newsletters, or communities), and every source must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may change, move, or retire a hosted page with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to send fake, bought, incentivized, or artificially generated traffic to any page in our network, and not to interfere with how ads are displayed. The full rules — including examples of what is and is not allowed — are in the Acceptable Use Policy. Breaking them is a breach of these terms.
4. Earnings and payouts
Your earnings are based on the reports we receive from Google for your sites and pages, and are paid under the Payout Policy. Every earning and adjustment is recorded in your payment history, and past entries are never silently edited. Earnings connected to fake traffic or policy violations may be withheld or reversed, as described in the Payout Policy — this mirrors how Google treats the underlying revenue.
5. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your earnings in your own country. Where the law requires us to collect tax information or withhold amounts before paying you, we will tell you what is needed.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Earnings depend on your traffic, the advertisers bidding through Google, and factors outside our control — we do not guarantee any particular amount of revenue, uninterrupted availability, or that every site will be approved.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amounts we paid you in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Indemnification
You agree to cover us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs that arise from your sites, your content, your traffic sources, or your breach of these terms or the policies they include.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, send prohibited traffic, or put the network’s standing with Google at risk. Where practical we will warn you first, but serious or repeated violations can lead to immediate closure. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. Legitimately earned balances on a closed account are handled as described in the Payout Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email or through the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you may close your account.
11. Severability
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force, and the unenforceable part is replaced with the closest enforceable equivalent.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi, India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
