Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is provided by PushRPM Global Pvt Ltd (“pubads”, “we”, “us”), with its registered office in Delhi, India. It applies to the pubads.io website and the publisher dashboard, and explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Data we collect

Account details. When you register we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored only in hashed form). We also keep basic records of sign-ins and account activity so we can secure your account and investigate problems.

Your sites and connected data. For PubAds AdX we store the site addresses you add, ads.txt verification records, and the approval status of each site. If you choose to connect a Google Analytics property to verify your traffic, we access it read-only through Google’s official interface and store only the summary figures we need — we never gain access to your Google account itself, and you can disconnect it at any time from your dashboard.

Reporting data from Google. Earnings and ad-performance reports for your sites and pages come to us from Google Ad Manager. We store these reports so your dashboard and payment history stay accurate over time.

Payment details. To pay you, we collect the details of your chosen payout method — for example a bank account, PayPal or Payoneer email, or UPI ID — along with your payout history and any tax information the law requires us to collect.

Traffic-safety signals. To spot fake or artificial traffic we process anonymized technical signals about visits to pages in our network. We never store raw visitor IP addresses in plain text.

Support messages. If you email us or use the contact form, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and keep a record of what was agreed.

2. Cookies, consent, and analytics

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and keep the site secure. These are required for the service to work.

For everything else we ask first. When you visit pubads.io you will see a consent banner with two choices: Accept all or Essential only. Your choice is stored in your browser. Google Analytics 4 — which we use to understand how the site is used — only loads after you choose “Accept all”. If you choose “Essential only”, no analytics run at all. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the site’s data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

3. Why we use your data

  • To create and run your publisher account.
  • To submit and manage your sites in our Google Ad Manager network so Google can serve ads.
  • To work out your earnings, keep ad placements clean, and detect fake traffic.
  • To send your payouts and keep the financial records the law requires.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising of our own.

4. Who we share it with

Google. Serving ads through Google Ad Manager necessarily involves sharing your site details with Google, and Google returns the reporting data described above. Google’s own handling of data on pages where its ads appear is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Payment providers. We share the minimum needed with banks and payment services (for example PayPal, Payoneer, or UPI providers) to deliver your payout.

Service providers. We use a small set of providers for hosting, email delivery, and similar infrastructure. They process data only on our instructions.

Legal requirements. We may disclose data where the law requires it — for example to tax authorities or in response to a valid legal order.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Financial records — earnings, payouts, and related tax documents — are kept for the retention periods Indian tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is closed. Everything else is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, subject to the legal record-keeping obligations above. If you are in India, these rights are backed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; if you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, by the GDPR. To exercise any of them, email [email protected] from your account email. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Children

pubads.io is a business service for publishers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and accounts found to belong to minors will be closed.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email or through the dashboard before the changes take effect.
