Acceptable Use Policy
Legal · Last updated Jul 1, 2026
This policy is issued by PushRPM Global Pvt Ltd (“pubads”), registered office Delhi, India, and is part of our Terms of Service. It exists for one reason: every publisher on pubads shares the same standing with Google, so one bad actor can hurt everyone’s earnings. These rules apply to both PubAds AdX sites and the audiences you send to PubAds H5 pages.
1. Traffic sources that are welcome
Real people who chose to visit. That includes:
- Organic visitors to your own site — search, direct, and returning readers.
- Your own social audiences: profiles, pages, and channels you run, where you share links openly.
- Newsletters and communities you operate, where people know what they are clicking.
- Word of mouth and honest referrals.
If you are unsure whether a source you are planning to use is acceptable, ask us first via the contact page — that is always better than finding out through a suspension.
2. Prohibited traffic
- Bots, scripts, emulators, or any automated visits or clicks.
- Bought clicks and pay-to-click or traffic-exchange schemes.
- Rewarding or paying people to visit pages or click ads, in cash, points, or anything else.
- Forced redirects, pop-ups or pop-unders that open pages the visitor did not ask for.
- Misleading links or placements — telling people a link leads somewhere it does not.
- Loading pages inside hidden frames, or disguising where traffic really comes from.
- Clicking ads on your own pages, or asking anyone else to.
- Any source or technique that violates Google’s publisher policies.
3. Content standards
Sites in the network, and anywhere you promote an H5 page, must not contain or link to:
- Adult or sexually explicit material.
- Content that infringes copyright — pirated video, software, music, or scraped articles.
- Violent, hateful, or harassing content.
- Deceptive content: scams, phishing, fake downloads, misleading claims.
- Dangerous goods and illegal products or services.
- Malware, or anything that interferes with a visitor’s device or browser.
Beyond this list, everything must comply with Google’s publisher policies and applicable law.
4. Ad behavior on your site
For PubAds AdX sites: do not alter, cover, or crowd the ads; do not place them where visitors will click by accident; and do not label or arrange them in a way that pressures people to click. Ads should sit alongside your content, not in its way.
5. Enforcement
We screen traffic automatically and review flagged accounts by hand. Depending on what we find, we may hold earnings connected to a violation, remove a site or page from the network, or — for repeated or severe violations — suspend the account under our Terms of Service. How held amounts are handled is described in the Payout Policy. If something looks wrong on your account, we would rather talk than punish: honest publishers who flag a problem early get help, not penalties.
6. Contact
